Conditions for issuance of certificates of capacity for construction activities in the field of construction inspection

b) Making construction planning.

c) Designing and verifying work construction designs, including: Architectural design of works; structural design of civil – industrial works; mechanical – electrical design works; design water supply – drainage works; design and construction of traffic works; design and construction of agricultural and rural development works; design and construction of technical infrastructure works.

d) Construction investment project management.

d) Construction work.

e) Supervising the construction of works.

g) Construction inspection.

h) Management of construction investment costs.

Organizations participating in activities of quality inspection, determining causes of damage, useful life of parts of works or construction works, inspecting to determine causes of construction work incidents must meet the following requirements: Conditions corresponding to the capacity classes are as follows:

a) Class I:

– The individual who assumes the prime responsibility for carrying out construction inspection must satisfy appropriate Class I construction inspection practice conditions;

– Individuals participating in construction inspection must have professional qualifications suitable for construction inspection;

– Having carried out construction inspection of at least 01 grade-I work or 02 grade-II works of the same type or higher.

– Individuals in charge of construction inspection must satisfy appropriate conditions for construction inspection practice of class II or higher;

– Individuals participating in construction inspection must have professional qualifications suitable for construction inspection;
